When you use the "Scan Screenshot" feature, our AI processes the image in real-time to extract text for analysis. We do not store the original image files on our servers after the text extraction is complete.
We use tools like PostHog and Google Tag Manager to understand how users interact with our site so we can continue to improve our fraud detection logic. These tools track general usage patterns but do not have access to the specific content of your private scam lookups.
